Efficient and friendly puncture repair.

Brilliant service! Called up early afternoon for a possible puncture repair as the tyre kept needing a top-up, and they managed to get someone out to me within a couple of hours. All fixed within 20 minutes for a bargain price. Highly recommended.

Very knowledgeable fitter and a great service!! had two nearside blowouts on front and back axle due to a pot hole. Great quality tyres – my new place for tyre repairs / replacements. Thanks again for the hassle free service

I was really impressed by Devon Tyres. I noticed my tyres were in poor condition and wanted to get them changed ASAP, I went to big brands initially who had little availability and no stock! I found Devon Tyres, which I could book next day, at my location, with tyres in stock and at a discount. They even gave me a call to make sure that I had ordered the correct tyres. The team who turned up were punctual, professional and friendly. There will be no other choice when I next need tyres, it will be these guys for sure!

I never write reviews but was so happy with the service I received from Devon Tyres for a mobile tyre service this morning! There’s so many to pick from when searching on google for an emergency call out but they were fantastic. Had a completely flat tyre, the guy on the phone was great and super friendly and the man in attendance was polite and quick. Brand new tyre replaced & all done in an hour of me first calling and price was great!

Great service from Tom who changed all four tyres from mobile van. Really convenient and quick service. He gave great advice on tyre maintenance and a possible problem with one of the wheels. Sophie in the office was really helpful and accommodating, and they really value their customers. Would highly recommend this firm.

When I had a puncture in Exeter, and my puncture repair kit failed, these people responded quickly and efficiently, and supplied and fitted a new tyre very promptly. The service was friendly, cheerful and efficient. What more could I ask?

I suspected a slow puncture on my tyre and phoned Devon tyres. They came to my workplace the next day during my lunch hour, removed the embedded nail and managed to fix the puncture. Fantastic service, highly recommend!

Late evening call out, so helpful and identified issues with the other tyres so fixed those too with a v reasonable price. Hopefully you can get home now and put your feet up!

Had a blow out Had a blow out on our way back from Linton to Instow. We didn’t feel we could trust the pump in solution, so called Devon tyres. Dan was with us as promised in the time he said, and got us all sorted and safely back on our way.
Was not what we expected on ou week old car with only 360 miles on the clock, but nothing lasts forever lol. But could not fault the service from Devon Tyres.

I drove over a pothole just after passing through Bickleigh, puncturing my front passenger side tyre, and my current breakdown company (CoverMyBreakdown – avoid) refused to come out, saying it was an ‘accident’. Therefore, I was stranded. I called ‘devontyres.com’ and they found a tyre for my Mazda3 and drove out to see me, in a layby in the rain, on the A396, using ‘WhatThreeWords’ to pinpoint my location. They fitted the tyre no problem, took a card payment (which was reasonably priced), and I was on my way. They were brilliant. I was a lone female stranded on the side of the road, so it was a relief to find a company who could help me. Thank you!

These guy’s are the tops…. Had a blow out in Honiton, had to get back home to Wadebridge in Cornwall. Arrived in great time and got started straight away. The driver (Alex I think) was very professional, polite and I had a decent chat with him. This is a first rate service and I have no hesitation in highly recommending this firm. Exceptional Service On our way home after a fantastic weeks holiday in Devon. Then disaster! Well almost. Blow out just south of Exeter. I was away in Devon on holiday for a week near Tavistock. I’m from Surrey, so quite a distance away, and on the second day, I was very unfortunate to get a screw stuck in my tyre, which flattened it completely. It was very frustrating and thought it would ruin the holiday. I googled these guys and saw they served the whole of the Devon area! Gave them a call on the Sunday evening, and by 10am the Monday morning, they came and changed my tyre on the driveway. I was overjoyed! Couldn’t of asked for better service. Prompt and reliable. I hope I have remembered the names correctly (sorry if I have got them wrong)…….Tony who took my call that evening to get it all sorted and Alex who came to change the tyre, were extremely polite and helpful. Better service than I would receive in Surrey for sure! They helped me to enjoy the rest of my holiday. I owe them a massive thank you! So thank you guys! You made my day! 10/10 service Upon arrival noticed I ordered the wrong tyres, they went to the garage and after a couple hours they returned and sorted my tyres out and changed them. Very good service and very friendly.
Kept me updated when they were going to arrive and any updates when or if they didn’t have the right size in stock.

The Best I have used Devon Tyres in emergencies and just to get tyres changed. They are better and cheaper than ATS – and actually turn up to your door when they say they will. I will never use anyone else.

Had a problem with my front right ‘run flat’ tyre losing pressure. A quick call to Devon tyres, being a local business to Exminster, they were very accommodating in asking me to pop down with my car right away. Within 20 minutes of the call a chap was checking my tyre for me. Fortunately no major issues just some corrosion and he resealed the tyre for me. He did this all free of charge! Ever so kind and I’ll be back for any future tyre issues. Thoroughly recommend this great, local business to others

Saved the day better then the RAC. Thank you Devon Tyres, after being let down by the RAC, Devon Tyres came to the rescue and with in two hours had changed our two tyres and had us fixed and on our way, and this was on a Sunday. Excellent Service would highly recommend.

The mobile tyre service turned up on time and was very friendly. The fitter did a good job, obviously very competent. It is the first time that we had used this company and would use them again.

Incredibly impressed with the service from these guys. Had a blade stuck in the tyre which needed urgently replacing for work. Called up at 9.30pm and had the tyre replaced by 2pm the following day. I was quoted for both a repair and a replacement, so they made sure they had my size available when he turned up, which was brilliant. Matt was fantastic – very professional, friendly and quick. Whilst it cost me a bit more having it done mobile, it was well worth the extra. I’ll happily use this service again and would recommend to anyone.

The fitter rang to arrange a time, with in 25 minutes Kai arrived he was a very pleasant and welmannered young man. He changed all the tires and the job was done in no time. Excellent service. I had a gnarly blowout on the a35. From first phone call to back on the road took just 1 hour. The chap who took the call and fitted the tyre was a pro and very friendly. All this on a Sunday afternoon, bank holiday weekend.Someone else quoted over £500. These guys came in for just about £300. Good honest boys.

We were on our way to Sidmouth for a few days break, when just outside of Honiton ran over a water filled pothole that split the tyre and deflated immediately. Unfortunately the car I drive which is only 11 months old is only supplied with an emergency inflation kit which is ok if you have a small puncture but useless if the tyre has a split. I contacted the RAC who arranged for Devon tyres to come out with a new tyre they said it could be upto and hour and a half before they arrive. To my amazement I was back on the road in little over an hour, the fitter was a very pleasant ladwho was very professional. My next purchase is going to be a space saver wheel, got no intention of being put in this position again on a fast flowing busy road.

I was left totally hanging by the RAC today but these guy’s literally dropped everything to get to me I was stranded with burst tyre in a very dangerous position Sorry don’t get the guys name but he was fantastic talking me through so he could find me RAC left me stranded from 12.30 When the guy arrived at 6pm ( not there issue) He calmed me down Did the tyre change quickly professionally and treated me with respect It was the Tavistock call out 👍👍👍👍

Phoned 30mins before arrival for home fitting, swapped front tyres over and gone again in 30 mins. Certainly beats the normal waiting around while you get them done at the shop. Was able to continue gardening while the work was done. Tyre look good, run ok and great value.

Absolute life saver! Had a flat on the way to the ferry. Called Volvo Assist initially and they said that the car would need to be recovered and that we would need a hire car for our holiday! They weren’t able to do a repair or replace on the roadside. The recovery and hire car was not guaranteed to get us to the ferry in time. I called Devontires and within the hour they had got to us. 20 mins from their arrival the tyre was replaced, and wheel refitted! Was really impressed with the speedy response and professional service. Would definitely recommend! We made the ferry in plenty of time, many thanks, you are a lifesaver!

I rarely write reviews, but today I gladly make an exception. This tire service center has helped me out of a jam twice with a group of cars, even though we were not regular customers. We had a problem with our tyre whilst travelling along the M5. I wasn’t local to the area but came across Devon Tyres on Google. When I rang, Sophie was beyond brilliant. She was so friendly and helpful in what was a stressful situation. When Brad arrived to look at the tyre, he too was very helpful. He explained the problem and got us back on the road for our 4 hour journey home. I would recommend!

Got tyres, good fast service

Chose a bad place to get a puncture at Hartland Forest Golf Course cottage in late afternoon on a Friday. Had helpful response from Devon Tyres within one minute and they sourced appropriate tyres for an electric Nissan Leaf very quickly. They had to await delivery of the tyres Sat am and rang me to say Tony would soon be on his way.. He had to drive for an hour and a half but was on time and a delightful knowledgeable engineer to work with. Everything sorted (two tyre replacements) in well under an hour. Very strongly recommended.

Can’t recommend Devon Tyres enough. I busted my tyre hitting a curb on a thursday evening. I was absolutely dreading the idea of not having my car for a couple of days plus the headache of having to deal with a dealership etc etc.
Luckily I found Devon Tyres and within two hours, I had a brand new tyre fitted.
Dylan was amazing and had my car back on the road in no time.

After having no luck with my breakdown recovery service while having a flat tyre, I rang Devon tyres to see if they could help me. The man (believed to be the owner) was really helpful, I explained to him I was on my own, it was getting late evening and I was stuck in a secluded wooded area in Devon just off the main road. He gave me a price and said ETA would be 60-90 minutes and made me the next priority call. The fitter was there within the hour, and within 20 minutes my new tyre was fixed and back onto my car. This cost me £250 for a mid range tyre and the call out fee. I was extremely grateful and the whole experience was efficient and painless. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone stuck.

Great service. Got a puncture whilst out in a car park – they answered quickly and offered to come out that evening (a Saturday). Highly recommended fast professional service. I was advised during my cars MOT that I needed two tyres on the front of my volvo v60, and my wife’s car had a tyre with a slow puncture and slight sidewall damage. I contacted Devon tyres and gave them my vehicles tyre sizes.
I request a quote for 3 Nexen blue tyres as I have used them before and found them very good tyres for the price.
I arranged for a mobile fitter to come out to my home and the appointment was booked for Monday 19th February evening after 5 so I could be home and have both cars ready.
I received a courtesy call from Matt who carried out the work and he informed me that he would be with me in 20 minutes. Matt true to his word arrived at the agreed time and began the work.
Due to an error with the tyre size. I provided the wrong size of tyres for my v60, and the tyre for my wife’s car was also the wrong size which was an error on the company. We are only human and its an easy mistake to make.
Anyway, Matt contacted his line manager and provided him with the exact size required for both cars and we arranged to fit the tyres this evening Tuesday 20th Feb at the same time.
Again Matt contacted me and informed me that he would be with me in 30 minutes or there abouts.
When Matt arrived he jacked up and removed both wheels off my car, he was very professional and carried out the work with great care and attention to detail, Matt then removed the wheel of my wife’s car and discovered that there was a nail in it, and he advised me that the damage to the sidewall of the tyre could cause an issue if it was left. I agreed and the tyre was replaced as we discussed yesterday that it may not be repairable.
Matt had both cars fitted with new tyres in no time and done a fantastic job.
I paid for the service by card and I found the prices very competitive. I have Nexen blue on both vehicles and have been given peace of mind that both cars have good quality tyres.
I found Matt to be very helpful, informative, efficient and friendly. I have found Devon tyres to be a good honest and reliable company with very approachable and friendly staff.
I will definitely be using Devon tyres again when we need to replace or repair tyres.

Following a puncture on a Tuesday night, I booked online for two replacement rear tyres and managed to get a slot for Thursday as working from home. Brad called about an hour before arrival and turned up exactly on time, he was polite, very efficient and exceptionally friendly (I think I may have converted him to decaffeinated tea!). I am exceptionally happy with the service, from start to finish. On top of all this, I still paid less than I did when replacing two front tyres earlier this year at a well-known repair centre…. Amazing service. I had a flat tyre at 3.30pm on a Sunday and the tyre was ordered and replaced a by 11am Monday. At the time I called I was not at home but had used a temporary tyre filler to inflate the tyre. They even asked me to text them to let them know I’d safely arrived home on the Sunday night! I wouldn’t rush back, the bloke was more interested in having a cups of tea , was there nearly 2 hours for 2 tyres and quick suspension check and I was told nothing wrong , there is something wrong it makes a clunk noise when I go over a pot hole or speed bump.

Brilliant service, took in a burst tyre and they fixed it pronto. Explained we had something loose in the car as we had just driven 90 miles, they put it up on the ramps and discovered the heat shield had fallen down, gave me a choice of fixing options and within 30 minutes had it all fixed and an excellent price.

These guys came to our rescue today when my partner and myself got stuck out in the middle of nowhere (dartmoor) we hit a rock at the side of the road and the tyre blew out, these guys were there in less than an hour and replaced our tyre in less than 10 minutes, 5 stars from me 😊

Replacement tyre Booked to have tyre replaced which had been losing pressure every 2/3 trips which I assumed meant it had a puncture. Lucas checked the tyre and found that there was no puncture but that the wheel had not been cleaned properly when the tyre was fitted – I will not advise where the tyre had been fitted originally. This meant that the bill was less than half of the amount I had expected to pay. Really appreciate Lucas’s honesty – he could have fitted a new tyre and I would have been none the wiser. Top marks for customer service and more importantly his integrity. Will definitely use this company again for any tyre issues in the future.

I had a fantastic experience with Devon Tyres today. I called them out to rural Dartmoor onto a small lane and they were there 90min later. After 30minutes they’d replaced 2 tyres on my jeep and I was off and away. The process was reasonable and the service was great. I highly recommend their services.

I have used another company who shall remain nameless, for all my tyre needs since 1973. I called them for help today as I had a puncture and they did not want to know – so much for customer loyalty! I went on line and found Devon Tyres and WOW and I mean WOW. Nothing was too much trouble, very polite, very helpful, very professional. The mobile tyre service vehicle arrived 1 ½ hours later, talk about speed. The tyre technician was a credit to the company and sorted out my problem within half an hour with what is today, rare politness and professionalism. The cost was amazing too. On a trip to Cornwall last week from Suffolk we had the misfortune to burst a tyre over a pothole. We were 4.5 hours away from home, with over an hour to go to our campsite. It was 5.15pm on a Saturday night & our van can’t carry a spare as it’s a camper. Devon Tyres came to the rescue of a family of 4, plus a dog and got us on our way again thankfully. By some miracle they had the huge weird size tyre we needed in stock! Not all heroes wear capes.
